Relapsing Multiple Sclerosis
Multiple sclerosis is a chronic inflammatory disease. This Phase 2 clinical trial is designed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of a new treatment for multiple sclerosis (MS). Spanning 57 weeks, the study aims to recruit 100 participants across the United States, all between the ages of 18 and 55. The trial looked to assess the treatment's impact on disease progression, symptom control, and overall quality of life in individuals diagnosed with MS. Participants underwent regular assessments, including imaging, neurological evaluations, and blood tests, to monitor their response to the intervention. As a Phase 2 trial, the study focused on gathering preliminary data to determine whether the treatment warrants further investigation in larger, long-term studies.

Solution:
To enhance patient recruitment and retention for this multiple sclerosis (MS) clinical trial, a targeted social media campaign was launched to drive traffic to a dedicated landing page for screener connectivity. This approach allowed potential participants to easily access eligibility questionnaires and learn more about the trial. To support retention, engaging and informative materials, including personalized updates, motivational content, and reminders, were created and distributed throughout the trial period. These efforts aimed to keep participants informed, connected, and motivated, ultimately fostering greater involvement and minimizing dropout rates.
