The Delta Companies - Digital Transformation
The Delta Companies (TDC), a leading national  healthcare staffing firm looked to enhance their digital footprint by creating a user experience that met the needs of their various provider audiences. TDC consists of three business units serving three distinct audiences who are highly specialized and require various levels of engagements regarding licensure and credentialing. With the complexities of every hire, an enormous amount of data is collected and left unused for future opportunity matches.
Primary solution was to position TDC as a destination site for healthcare providers looking to pick up temporary coverage assignments or permanent opportunities across the nation. With so many competitors competing for the same segment base, the site used detailed mapping with the chosen CRM to automate a previous manual process of pushing active jobs. The speed at which jobs were posted were now being met with similar speed gains for applies. Open API's gave us the opportunity to push branded notifications to providers across different modalities about similar opportunities based on their previous search preferences. Secondarily, the site used data as a resource to push notifications to healthcare providers based on previous search criteria and match parameters. These efficiency gains made it possible for TDC to close their days-to-fill numbers improving overall $GM rations month-over-month.
